This prototype handles sensitive research and healthcare documents, so privacy expectations should be explicit even during development.
Document handling
Uploaded files are stored in the configured Google Cloud Storage bucket and linked to organisation projects in the database.
AI processing
When a user asks a question, selected file text and metadata may be sent to the configured OpenAI model to generate an answer.
Development status
This app is still in development. Production privacy, retention, audit, and access-control policies must be reviewed before real deployment.
